Basketball is Over

Our 8 weeks of basketball is over. Haylie is sad that it is over and she enjoyed learning how to play a new sport. She is also excited for soccer to be starting soon.

Kylie is thrilled that basketball season is over. She got her medallion and that is all she wanted, well she wanted the snacks at the end too. She had so much fun playing the first game that we thought that we might have finally found something she enjoys...we were wrong. Every game after that she would cry and complain and say that she was sick (which she only was once) so that she wouldn't have to play. But being the wonderful parents that we are, we told her we payed for it, she wanted to, so she is going to play. She will thank us for this one day right??? I've decided that she shouldn't play any sport that involves a ball.

We also went to see Alvin and the Chipmunks this weekend. My mom was in town so she decided to come with us. The kids loved the movie and it was nice having another adult there to help with all the kids. Especially Kaden who kept wandering from me, to Tom, to Grandma. Tates fake tooth broke again while we were at the movie. For as much money has we had to pay for his 2 fake teeth it would be nice if they would actually stay in and not break. How can we help him with his speech issue if he doesn't have 2 front teeth for years???
