MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

YOU MIGHT BE A BERNHARDT IF:
1. You are a 10 year old and are embarrassed to be seen with your parents.
2. Turned 8 and got baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
3. Enjoyed seeing family from Canada!
4. You started kindergarten and love it!
5. You love to read (and then again if you are 8 you don’t enjoy it so much but your mom makes you read every day any way).
6. If you are the pickiest eater in the world and mom and dad get excited when you eat about 1 table spoon worth of mashed potatoes or 5 kernels of rice in one bIte.
7. Went to a Jeff Foxworthy show and laughed so hard your cheeks and stomach hurt.
8. Enjoyed a Girls Night Out with sisters with no kids or hubbies.
9. If you were in the school Geography Bowl and Spelling Bee and did your best.
10. Ran the Wellsville mile in 8 minutes 12 seconds.
11. If you had a pirate adventure over Memorial Weekend at Bear Lake.
12. Had a hole in your ceiling due to a leak caused by a nail in a pipe when the house was built.
13. Worked out of town the majority of the summer and racked up major Hilton Honor points! (The only plus on him being gone all the time).
14. Learned to ride a two wheeler.
15. Got your ears pierced.
16. Went on a family trip to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole, didn’t see many animals but had a great time none the less.
17. You finally have no more DIAPERS in the house!!!!
18. Went on a wonderful Alaskan Cruise for your 10 year anniversary (2 years late)!
19. Got H1N1 and strep throat at the same time and survived!
20. Hate practicing the piano, cry that it is too hard, then do a great job when you actually try.
21. Eat, sleep, and drink soccer all year long.
22. Hear a squealing cat noise every night, and realize it is Haylie practicing her viola.
23. If you are a 5 year old boy who loves to play soccer and t-ball, or a 3 year old that wishes he was old enough to play with his big brother.
24. Spent Halloween in Boise at your sisters beautiful, big new house and got 13 lbs of candy between 4 kids.
25. Sat in the freezing cold all day hunting ducks and thought it was fun.
26. Saved all year to go to Disney Land and wondered if we were ever actually going to go.
27. Decided that going to Disney Land the week after Thanksgiving is the best time to go. Christmas decorations, Christmas parade, very, very short lines, and warm weather especially compared to Utah.
28. Sometimes feel like a taxi driver but never get paid.
29. Never get a break, wake up, go to work, and then come home to be the best dad and husband around.
30. Are so excited for Santa to come you can hardly stand it.

We are eternally grateful for all the wonderful blessing that our Heavenly Father has blessed us with such as the gospel, our health, home, job, family, friends, all the wonderful things that make life a little, or a lot more simple, the beauty of the earth no matter where you go and many, many more….and especially YOU!!!
