Boise

Grandpa Scare Crow and all the grand kids ready to go Trick or Treating!
My mom and Maycie made this cute pumpkin. It is a ball like cake, orange frosting, Reese's Pieces, and a Tootsie Roll stem.

For Halloween we decided to drive up to Boise and go see my sisters gorgeous house and spend the holiday with them. My parents went up to and we all had a fun time. We had lots and lots of yummy food and the kids had a blast trick or treating, so much so that between my four they got 12 pounds of candy (and that was after we had all sampled some of it). My dad dressed up as a scarecrow and sat on the porch of Mandie's house. It was fun to watch people's reaction when they realized he was a real person...I think he scared more adults than kids.

Thank you Mandie and Conrad for the wonderful weekend and letting us bombard you in your beautiful home!!!

Sounds like a fun weekend, and your dad is an awesome looking scarecrow! I always thought that would be a fun "trick" to play on the "treaters".
